A user can be assigned a license for tegolySIGN via the administration menu. Only users from the local Entra (Active Directory) can be added. Signatories do not need a license.
Click on a user in the list (right). If you don’t see a user in the list, you can use search to find and add them.
Users can be deleted at any time via the trash can system.
Danger Zone: Delete user = his documents will be deleted! (This is necessary for reasons of legal certainty and data protection. All documents that are still in circulation will be deleted and the signing stopped.)
