What is the tegolySIGN portal? #
With the tegolySIGN portal, the documents are no longer sent to the signatories by e-mail, but they are only displayed in the portal or can only be signed via the portal. This has the advantage that documents are no longer sent by e-mail and thus meets the highest security requirements.
The signer does not need to register or remember a password. All they have to do is enter their email address and then receive a 6-digit code with which they can log in.
You only have to make two small settings and the portal is activated.
Activate portal #
In order for your signatories to be able to use the tegolySIGN Portal, it must be activated under Administration – tegolySIGN Portal. The portal is only available if you have purchased the option.
You can activate the portal via the switch.
Users can reach the portal at any time via the link. You can send this e.g. in an e-mail.
In the list, you will see the users who use the portal or have registered for it.
Customize Email Template #
In order for signatories to be able to sign and download documents only via the mandate portal, the “Click here to sign” button must be deleted.
To do this, go to “Administration – Email Template – Sign Template“.
Delete the button as shown in the video.
Insert the “Login tegolySIGN Portal” button into your mail template #
The “Login tegolySIGN Portal” button can be added at any time. To do this, simply go to the corresponding email template and add the button via blocks as shown in the video.
Email Template Portal #
When the portal is enabled, only the Portal Template email template is sent to signers when a signature process is completed. Like the other templates, this can be adapted to your design.
Instructional text for your client emails #
If you want to add a short instructional text to the email template for your clients, you can do so via a text. For example, you can use this text:
