Assign users in the tegolySIGN WebApp (not MS Teams)

Here we show you how you can add more tegolySIGN users to your licenses.

If you have registered and logged in via the WebApp, you can now integrate other users and then assign the corresponding rights.

In the upper menu, click on the “Administrator” section and then on the “Assign user” item in the left menu.

Now you will see a list of all registered users and their allowed rights.

If you want to create additional users for the first time, you will only see yourself as an already created user.

In order to create another one, it must first be invited by an administrator (in this case by you).

You click on the “Invite users” button and a window will open.

Here you enter the email address of another user and then click on “Invite user”.

Of course, you can invite several users one after the other in this way.

The invitee receives an e-mail and confirms the invitation by clicking on the “open tegolySIGN” button.

Then a window (Accept Invitation) opens, in which he confirms the invitation with the button “continue”.

Now the new user sets his password and then clicks on “Sign in”. Again, the same password rules apply as before for you. Example: 1Example#

Assign User Role #

The administrator (still you) can now set the rights for the pen on the right side in the user overview.

Please specify the user role.

  1. Administrator: He can only make settings in tegolySIGN, but cannot send documents for signature
  2. User: Can create signature flows, but cannot change tegolySIGN’s settings.

A user can have both roles.

In this context, it is advisable to have more than one administrator so that an administrator is always available in an emergency.

View invitations #

To get an overview, you have a button “Show invitations” to the right of the “Invite user” button.

Here you can see which invitations are still pending and have not yet been accepted.

Delete User #

If a user leaves or is to be deleted from tegolySIGN, there is the option to do so in the user overview on the far right via the trash can icon.

After clicking on the trash can for the corresponding user, there is another security question. Here you have to enter the e-mail address again. If this matches the user to be deleted, it will be deleted immediately.

ATTENTION: All documents created by this user will also be deleted immediately.
