With the group function, you can group several people together, who can then work on the signature processes together. Members of a group can be granted different permissions. This allows them to share the address book and/or the documents. The group can also be assigned a signature addition, e.g. i.V.
You can create as many groups as you like.
Here is an example:
Two people are responsible for the signature processes and are supposed to represent each other permanently. So create a group, give it a name such as Secretariat and give them permission to share the documents and contacts. Both persons may also sign with the signature addition i.A.
To do this, go to Administration – General Settings – Groups and click on New Group.

A new window will open – New Group.

Enter a group name, such as “Secretary”
In the left column, all persons who have a license for tegolySIGN appear. To assign a person to the group, click on the “Add user” button and the user will appear in the right column.
Group permissions #
It is possible to set what is shared in the group or which signature addition the people get. For example, you can create a group for people who have the addition ppa. and share the documents. The signature addition is then preceded by the respective name. Any combination is possible here.

Then go to Save.
Delete #
You can delete the person using the trash can icon . Then go to Save.

Edit or delete a group #
Once you have saved the group, the new group with the assigned people will appear. The group cannot be edited.

The group can be deleted via the trash can . If you want to change the participants or permissions of the group, you will need to delete the group and create a new one.
