What is the tegolySIGN portal? #
With the tegolySIGN portal, the documents are no longer sent to the signatories by e-mail, but are only displayed in the portal or can only be signed via the portal. This has the advantage that no documents are sent by e-mail anymore and thus meets the highest security requirements.
The signer does not need to register or remember a password. All they have to do is enter their email address and then receive a 6-digit code with which they can log in.
Logging in to the portal #
Click on the link in the email “Login Signature Portal” and you will be directed to a login page.
The login page looks like this:
Here you enter your email address and click on “Send Code”.
Here you can see if the email has been sent successfully.
You will receive an email with a 6-digit code. Copy this one!
Enter the code and click on “Login”.
Portal features #
In the portal you have various functions:
- You can search for documents. Simply enter part of the document name.
- You can use the pen button to sign a document.
- You can use the arrow button to download a document, whether it is signed or not.
- You can sort your documents by date. Simply click on “Submitted” and the sorting will be either ascending or descending.
- Using the navigation bar at the bottom, you can view all documents over several pages. For example, the note ‘6/6’ means that you are on the 6th of 6 pages and have therefore reached the end of your document list.
